1) Birth Certificate (certificate including student and parents)
   - If addresses of family members are different you should submit a statement giving
    for the reason.
   - If your parents are divorced you should submit a notifying divorce document, If
   your parents are separated you should submit a statement giving for the reason.
   - If your parents are deceased, submit a death certificate.

 3. Withdrawals, Refunds and Deferment

1) Withdrawals and Refunds


- When a student withdraw Please submit the document of refund with the letter of admission
- Reimbursement will be given under Refund Policy
- 90% before classes start
- 50% during the first week of term
- No refund after the first week

『 However, if a student is unable to get a visa, it is possible to get 100% refund .To receive a refund, a student must submit a request form of withdrawal, the letter of admission, a receipt of tuition and a letter explaining the reason for a visa refusal.

2) Deferment

- After registering, a deferral will only be granted once.
- Please submit a request form for deferment and a letter of admission.
- If a student is unable to return for the specified semester, no refund will be made.
